"Stayed several days already and I will be staying on and off for a few months. This week when checking in, I noticed a smell in the room. Went and grabbed food nearby and came back. After finishing eating at the table, was going to bed and noticed a stain. Kylie at the front desk was outstanding! She noticed the smell and stain on bed. She offered to change the sheets or change rooms on the spot. She came back with sheets and then a different room key. I elected to change rooms. This customer service is what makes or break a hotel. They better pay her well or she could leave easily for a better job. Thank you Kylie for your outstanding customer service! Looking forward to my future stays here."

"I loved staying at such a clean, no frills hotel! Everything is brand new and in top condition! I would stay here in a heartbeat again! Such a great experience & if I could give extra stars for cleanliness, I would! Nothing makes me happier than a super clean place to stay! If I had stayed longer, I would have wanted pans included, but they did have them for sale in the lobby for guests to purchase. I could have used a slightly softer bed, but my husband and sons were thrilled with the beds and pillows. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
"In five years of traveling with my husband's job, this is the best place we have ever stayed. The staff was amazing. The room was great. Kylee, Tony, Jessica, Jo, and a few others made this a wonderful stay. Dolly, our pup, fell in love with the staff. Everything was always clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the location is wonderful. I wish I could take the staff and my room everywhere we go!!! Hopefully we will be able to stay at My Place more often."
