"Disgusting room. Found someone’s medication in our “clean” bed, among other trash. Would highly recommend going anywhere else."

"The room was ok but dated. The lamp shades weren’t on correctly. Went to use hot tub and it wasn’t even lukewarm. Towels for hot tub were like thin little rags. Asked at front desk why hot tub wasn’t hot and was told maintenance guy didn’t come in til 3:00??? The bottom of hot tub and seats were terribly jagged and uncomfortable!! Won’t stay here again"

"This is not a new hotel. It looks new on the outside but the inside is riding the struggle bus. When we got into our room, we found stained sheets on both queen beds, there was a used ear plug on the bathroom counter sink by the towels, the showers faucet was hanging off the wall as well as the water spout for the bathtub hanging 2" off the wall. I'm not sure when the last "real cleaning" took place since we found mold on the grout, a dirty coffee pot, handles missing off of drawers, and cold breakfast that should have been hot. This was our first experience with our entire family and even the kids said "why don't they take better care of this place?" When I mentioned these things to the front desk staff member, they kept asking me "are you serious" when I mentioned all of the issues while writing them down on a sticky note. We paid way too much for a mess like this. I'm going back to the Suites Only and won't touch an Express & Suites again. Sure would like to see a kick back on my total bill since this was simply unacceptable."

"Staff very helpful! We arrived earlier than expected, they were helpful in getting room ready as soon as possible. Breakfast, so good, especially the hot sweet rolls!! Then we had an issue back home, had to leave a day early, not a problem they said they would not charge for the day!"
