"Non- stop continual issues with tenants. Don’t recommend if you have children. Management does not care or do anything about tenant issues."

"Made an appointment to view these apartments a week in advance. Traveled over an hour to view these apartments. When I got there, they were a no call now show. I called the place several times and emailed. Never heard a response. Poor management and not worth your time!"

"The apartments are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and always quick to help. The location is perfect for HON or Allsteel employees and at a great price. I never rented a garage but would have been a good idea in the winter months. That being said, the staff always was quick to clear snow and ice. My neighbors were friendly yet quiet and i felt right at home. The only reason I left was because of relocation. Highly recommended!"

The only reason for their leaving was a re-location for work. I always enjoyed visiting. The property is clean, and the units are spacious and modern."
