"They believe to bully people and have people come to your apartment to harass people and property manger thinks it ok drugs in and out of building it is not a safe place to live I do not recommend anyone to live here and they don’t fix anything and it is bed bugs Bedbug infested"
"This is no place for seniors, if you are a senior look elsewhere. They are letting younger people live here. Hallways smell like marijuana, residents are harassing other residents. Constantly hearing some fight going on. Seems like they let every low life of Muscatine move in here."
"Was told that this was a place for seniors.not true.your letting anyone move in. Now there's kids running up and down the hallways. My washer doesn't work, and when it rains I've got water pouring into the apartment.notified the office about it.been over a week. Nothing being done BTW that onsite team you speak of must be invisible because I don't ever see anyone here in the office"
"Took a tour. Very nice clean apartments. There's a washer and dryer and every single unit. There is even a fitness center with about five different types of equipment."
