"I booked Best Western about 5 minutes before arriving and Sherri was absolutely phenomenal for us! We had previously been reserved at another hotel but, upon entering and realizing how horrible it was, we booked at Best Western. Sherri let us check in early without any advance notice and was so kind to us! You can tell she cares about and thinks highly of this hotel. The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious! Thank you a million times over for your wonderful hospitality!!!"
