"Shower was moldy. Holes in walls. Pool area had black mold. Hot tub was a cold tub. Water was thick and gross. Breakfast was garbage. Biscuits hard as a rock, gravy was water. Refrigerator didnt work and was on. Curtains looked like they were in a ball and then hung them up. Charged me over $200. I hope they make this right. Or phone calls will be made. I highly recommend definitely find a different place to stay"

"If I could give this hotel a zero rating, I would give it a zero. The shower in my sleeping room had hair all over it like someone just showered before I checked into the room. It was completely disgusting. The bed was made up of wood as the base and a metal frame as a box spring and a mattress tossed on top of that. Nothing like getting the feeling that you were sleeping on plywood all night. The breakfast in the morning was not a breakfast the coffee tasted like watered down coffee. I would not recommend staying at this location."

"There’s no reason why I had to clean (replace trash, vacuum) for a party because they booked someone 30 minutes after my booked time. Then charged me $60 after I already paid over the phone $100 for a party for 2 hours is ridiculous!!"

"Hot tub was lukewarm at best and dirty. You can tell by looking at it and sitting in it, that it was moldy and musty. The room was OK the front desk gentleman was super nice. Our car wouldn’t start in the morning and he jumped us and helped us out so that made everything better."
