"Room was not too clean. Found popcorn on the bed. A used towel was still hanging on the hook, stains on the bedding. Not Hilton quality, disappointing."
"I was disappointed in the quality of room/hotel cleanliness. Our room had sticky red stuff all over the night stand, accompanied by a cup not properly disposed of, a stains on the sheets, and dirty sheet left in a pile near the elevator. This causes one to wonder about the overall cleanliness of one’s room. There is an OVER powering smell in the lobby; not sure if it’s air fresheners or if the cleaner has some sort of perfume added to it, but it was horrible! This does not bode well for someone sensitive to smells which causes migraines. I most likely would not choose this hotel based on the smell in the lobby… too much and honesty smells terrible, not fresh. When I brought up the lack of cleanliness to the attendant, they mentioned possibly knowing who it was, that the house keeper is nice but a bit daft and doesn’t always do the best cleaning as she rushed."
"First time here and wouldn’t recommend. Walking in to check in, had a rude lady named Kennedy tell us we couldn’t check in 30 minutes early, when there was only 6 cars in the parking lot, wouldn’t make eye contact and was not friendly at all. When we came back later we were not greeted for 5 minutes, they changed our room to a handicap room and the bathtub was gross. Stairs smelled musty."
"Very clean hotel and rooms. Walk in shower very nice. Breakfast area with plenty of room. Would stay here again. Culver's and Aldi grocery in walking distance."
"Great stay. Great location for us traveling to the Iowa City area. Prices are better. Staff was amazing. Kudos to the lady running the breakfast. She was great Pillows were ...ok. But will definitely stay there again"
