"The dryer door broke when it was delivered. The manager said they would order another one to replace it. The number online is disconnected and I went in to ask about it and all the manager said is it’s been ordered nothing else. Still haven’t heard from them. I’ve gone through rent a center multiple times and this is the worse service I’ve ever had. I’ll be paying this off in the next month and won’t be coming back."
"Washer went bad, they gave us an older model, kept charging us for the newer model while it was being "fixed". They never contacted us about returning the original model or if it had even been repaired. Then the replacement stopped working! DOESN'T BUILD CREDIT, JUST GO ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE BEWARE!!!!! You end up paying 5X the amount of a brand new item, but it's old and used, should not cost upwards of 5 grand in the end."
"The new manager is outstanding and so is the team. They work very hard in getting your merchandise delivered and go out of their way to take care of your needs. The District Manager Scott is very professional, knowledgeable and exemplary customer service."
"Rude as h***, forgot my cord and remote, said they bring it to me. Never did, I had to go get myself after calling them for over a week straight. I couldn't watch it the whole time. Then upon watching it, it started turning itself off. Been calling them for over 2 weeks about it now. They say they will switch it out with a different one and call me back. I get told this every day I call by a different person. Still have a TV o can't watch and paying every week for it. This is ridiculous! They should ha e kept Luis. I want a district manager to call me asap. I'm about to cancel my whe order. This is unacceptable."
