"Yesterday, I booked a 10:00am tour (for today) using the feature on their website. Arrived at the property today…no one was there to greet me. Checked my email and wouldn’t you know it, I received an email 6 minutes before the tour was about to begin that they were not offering tours nor do they have availability at this time. I was already on-site. What a waste of time. They need to consider being more prompt with their communication and respecting people’s time!!!"

"My wife and I absolutely love being in the mix of the Downtown Davenport vibe. The Bucktown scene is catching fire with restaurants, bars, and arts. Right out our front door! And the area is well-lit and safe. We haven't seen a hint of crime in that neighborhood. Building management is responsive to the needs of tenants and they work hard to keep the property looking good. The building is in great shape. Very satisfied at this point!"

"This review is incredibly delayed, but better late than never! I had the pleasure of living at Urbane 210 in a furnished unit for 3 short months. Dallas, the property manager, ensured everything went smoothly for my move in, despite me procrastinating until the week before my necessary move in date. He was easy to contact, and quick to respond to all of my questions. I wasn't able to view the apartment in person before signing a lease, but Dallas sent me a ton of pictures to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, appliances all work great, the lighting is incredible and it is located right on 2nd street! I come from a large suburb much bigger than the quad cities, but I loved living in this quaint downtown, where the best bars and restaurants are just a few short blocks away, and the best shopping in the QC is just a short drive. Not to mention, there are a ton of adorable coffee shops nearby. I lived in my apartment alone, and felt incredibly safe walking from the parking garage to the building at night. The building is secure and requires a key fob or a phone call to an apartment to unlock the doors. Upon move out, Dallas did everything he could to ensure I didn't incur any additional fees. I cannot say enough great things about Urbane 210. If I ever work another contract in the quad cities, I will be sure to stay at Urbane 210 again. Thank you for everything, Dallas!"
