"Should get rid of all big dogs over 30 lbs. I'm not saying I hate bigger dogs but most of the owners let their bigger dogs run loose which is dangerous for smaller dogs. a lady in first building ets her medium/big dog run loose all the time and doesn't always clean up after him. her excuse is always that it's too cold or too dark or complains about her body pain. she's just lazy and doesn't care about the property. (or her dog as she prefers to spend her money on clothing and jewelry for herself instead) it's a nice complex but upgrades are needed. the laundry room and water heater needs fixing cause some people never have hot water to shower or do dishes. ok apartments but laundry room and water heater needs to be replaced."

"There's really nice 2 bdrm apts on the bluff and the manager seems to be a nice guy. The complex is clean and well taken care of. Neighbors seem to be a little nosey, but they are kind and friendly. Plenty of parking space and the owner pays for the heat. I'm pretty sure we'll be living here for the rest of our lives."

"Loved my apartment it was beautiful. The things I didn't like are: ~side walk flooded terribly to where it leaked into my apartment ~playground equipment was torn apart ~pet fees are outrageous $300 non refundable deposits plus $20 for one and an additional $10 per pet pet month ~There was a lot of trouble up there from fights to attempted stabbings then name calling ~we found drugs next to our car and Ashley the PM didn't even sound concerned that my 2 year old could have gotten a hold of it or another small child. ~they get rid of any good assistant PM they hire ~nothing got done about the mold in my bathroom And I could go on and on the only thing in liked besides the apartment itself is my neighbors were amazing. They guaranteed me that when we transferred from west that this would be a better place for my family and I but it wasn't I ended up having a baby in November and that same day someone tries to stab someone, then the next day they got into a verbal almost physical fight and a fire broke out in an apt due to electrical issues, and then they tried to run some one over almost hitting kids (same tenants did all this)"

"Rude Managers and Unsatisfactory service. Been living here for 6 months and been paying rent on time every month except for a bad month i paid 2 days after the due date. The first notice for the late fee was the final notice and threatening to kick me out already ?! Had to wait nearly a month for my stove to get fixed. No phone call to notify if a piece was needed or anything to let me know they were even working on it. My husband and I had to call the maintenance guy abundantly in order for us to get a replacement stove."
