"Fan didn't work, 1.5 rolls toilet paper. A hotel that was once a powerful chain... the name lives on. Comfortable bed/pillows. Ac/ heat works well. Could use more drawers (put microwave by tv?) Breakfast- coffee isn't that tasty. Breakfast was "ok" -just wonder how 'fresh' items actually are."

"The lady at the front desk was very sweet. The “hot” tub was luke warm cold which was so disappointing, because that’s why we booked her for the hot tub. And the pool felt dirty and there were no towels. Definitely need to fix the hot tub, I have heard multiple Complaints."

"Weird smell from the air conditioner/heater, poorly covered holes in the wall where mirrors were moved and a wobbly toilet. Also forgot to check the mirrors until the last day, there was no space between my finger and the mirror (meaning 2 way mirror). I was Horrified. They rude when checked in and out. I get that every room was booked. They came into my room when the 'did not disturb' sign on the door. The pool was warm but they do not enforce any rules posted. Many people brought their drinks and food in the pool. Kids diving in the shallow end. The staff glared at us for going at the opening time so my 2 kids under 4 could play a little without being splashed. Was wheelchair accessible, I could use my chair but could hear the whispers and see the glares from staff as I wheeled past. Yes I have a prosthetic leg but can't swim in it. I will be looking for other places to stay over just coming back."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean minus a few stains that aren’t a big deal. The beds were ok, I stayed in other hotels with more comfortable beds. People were making noise all night coming from the second floor. The breakfast was delicious. Not a bad place to stay."

"Staff was very nice, gave us a room next to the outside door for our pup. Continental breakfast was very good, only wish they had regular eggs but I’m picky so that’s not on them lol. All in all, very good place, quiet rooms were clean and so was the laundry facility."
