Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clinton, an IHG Hotel

"An exceptional stay from start to finish. Everyone greeted us each and every time. Was attending the iTIP Symposium. Front desk team was polite and helpful. Night auditor was very kind and helpful as well. Even though his shift was over he went out of his way to get me additional tissue and coffee replacement for my room. Breakfast was well stocked, hot, fresh and clean. Visited with both attendants each morning and you could tell they took pride in thier job. Room was clean. Towels plentiful and beds comfortable. Dispite the hotel being full, it was a quiet and peaceful night sleep. Well done Clinton Iowa and Holiday Inn Express!!"

"Have stayed here several times in the past when visiting in the area. However, the property is at that tipping point where due to age / use, some amount of investment is warranted to maintain a certain level of comfort for guests."

"Stayed for one night and it was a pleasant stay! The room was very clean and made me feel comfortable. The beds were pretty comfy and had a good amount of pillows per bed! The blinds in the room didn’t let hardly any light in which was awesome. The front staff are amazing and super nice! The breakfast had a lot of good options and tasted delicious! Next time I am back, I will definitely book again! ☺️"

"Fairly new property that was well maintained. I loved the layout of my room with bed and couch. Fitness area could’ve been updated or new machines added. The treadmill I used was pretty run down, but still did the job. Very close to many restaurants. Overall great experience. Enjoy!"

"Boy was I pleasantly surprised by this place! Stayed in what seemed to be a newly renovated room, with some renovations ongoing in the rest of the hotel. Despite this, there was no renovation noise. The rooms were tastefully furnished and modern and smelled of new carpet. There were lights available everywhere which was a big plus. The curtains were a single pull-type built into the window frame, so very little light entered in the morning! Breakfast was free and had plenty of good options. Free and easy parking as well. Only complaint is that the bathroom door did not shut, which is an inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. Overall, this will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I'm in the area."
