Kate and Jennifer knocked it out of the park. Our son needed nothing except his clothes. Its a great area, and probably the friendliest town Ive been to. "We enjoyed our time here in the townhome in Clinton, Iowa. With my husbands job and moving around we were able to get a month to month lease here no problem. The manager and the maintenance guys were always helpful if needed. Would recommend for a renting home :) Also if you have kids the school district for Bluff elementary has been great."

"Extremely unprofessional management! They do not care about their tenants and they do not honor legal contracts. They only care about money! They do not answer questions appropriately. They consistently refuse service. They refuse to have a polite and professional discussion on any matter. They just want money! I’m beginning to think it’s discrimination. They are committing unlawful eviction to outstanding tenants on unfounded grounds. What they are doing is illegal and they need to be held accountable for their actions!"
