"Is there anyway to get in contact with the office? I’ve been calling for about two weeks almost daily and I get no answer every time. Doesn’t look good for people interested in your guy’s apartments.."

"Don't repair nothing, you wanted more info. Well they changed shower head but water comes out of force as well as shower head , we have a leaking toilet which we reported 3 years ago same with the shower. And we have had a dishwasher sat in our kitchen for 3 months still in its box"

"Terrible management. People have issues with their apartments, issues which they have been made aware of. They schedule maintenance and then don't show up or complete the job. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!"

"Very frustrated with myself for moving here. There's trash everywhere and trying to get assistance from the people in the office is a waste of time and energy....I get there busy and I wouldn't necessarily call them rude but there Very unhelpful and don't provide information on how to solve problems.... I was waiting on email to get utilities in my name and the lady in the office apologized for not sending me the email after my last office visit but still today after my visit nothing was resolved. Basically the conclusion was there's still no lease signed and I still can't get the utilities transferred in my name. I travel for work and this is by far the worst place I've ever attempted to move into....been here 2 months and nothings been fixed that was broken before i moved in and that i can deal with but there lack of help in providing the basic info i need to resolve the lease and utility transfer is beyond ridiculous and the office people should be the ones u go to for this problem solving and they either dont care or are incompetent. If there's someone I can contact above this local office I'd greatly appreciate it.......update 8/27/23. Still no response to my emails, also its very difficult looking at all this trash and feeling good about where u live. There is always trash and there's been broken glass in the parking lot for over a month. I wonder if the owners of this complex know how awful it is...... Update 9/27. Have to say it's nice seeing the trash problem resolved...very much appreciated not having to look at it daily and appreciate the staff fixing the issue. Thanks!"

"Do NOT move here. They have a mice problem and all they will do is send pest control to set traps and it doesn’t help. Have gotten 3 in less than a week and another tenant has been dealing with them for months and pest control came put traps as she is still getting them. We have lived here 2 years just signed for our 3rd year and we are regretting it. They never answer the phone and recently when we call to leave a voicemail it says the mailbox is full. When I asked what I could do until peat control comes they told me nothing I could do. Pest control isn’t going to help with the traps they just keep coming."
