"DONT MOVE HERE !! The apartment seems all nice at the 1st view. But once you move Maintenance is a Pain. You can read other reviews below all so true. I had 3 maintenance requests open for a Year & they kept saying they will get to it only to Cancel it in the end without even notifying. Now have the garbage disposal not working since a Month & only response we get from office -"your request is in queue ","its not an emergency" & they reason by saying they have 100 requests before mine- If there are sooo many request open clearly they are under staffed & dont want to do anything about it. DONT fall for the initial marketing . During Winter - It was sooo difficult to even move our respective vehicles as they didnt clear Snow at all . Was such a struggle."

"The maintenance sucks they lied and said they fixed the refrigerator and they never did. We had to repurchase groceries 2 times because there not getting the job done. we have been out of a refrigerator for month and still haven’t got one the dishwasher leaks a massive amount of water on the floor causing the flooring in in the kitchen to come up the window constantly have wind blowing in raising the amount of cost for heating.this place definitely doesn’t give the luxury they swear they inquire here! Slum lords at its finest."

"Middle of the Road apartment at luxury pricing. Compared to other commentors I have had a great experience with maintenance. They have been fast. I put a ticket in on Friday and they were there on Monday to look at my garbage disposal. However their winter snow maintenance is absolutely atrocious. They did not plow for the winter storms and instead relied on people's cars running over the snow to compact the driveways and residents dog pee did more to melt the snow on the walkways than anyone else. The pool was closed the entirety of the summer for maintenance. The apartment itself was nice, clean at move. In,, and is well insulated"

"Filed multiple work orders on windows, (causing me just over 400 dollars in heating in less than 3 months)and appliances in the apartment. Not fixed after two years. Will not put me in contact with landlord/management. Not to mention the pool that would increase the rate of the apartment was not accessible during summer. And they did not even take that off of rent because it is "against company policy" Do not move here. Ever."

"Just look up Elevate Property Management/Elevate Living. The reviews for the property are not even close the what you'll experience living here. You'll have inspections almost every other month. Notices to enter every month or two. When you call the office for help and to ask for anything don't expect it to get done. We moved in and had a broken/cracked window they said they would fix it and in over a year living there they never did anything about it. The first winter there was brutal, the seal around the front door going to the outside thruway wasn't sealed and we had to use duct tape and cardboard to prevent a -10 degree draft coming intot he apartment. When we contacted them to fix that we got told "we will get it fixed", that was in like December we asked that, they got around to "fixing" it in March. There was about a half inch of ice built up around the inside of the door frame when that happened. INSIDE the apartment. Not outside. For the price they charge for this place you'd expect some premium service but you won't get it. The Management company Elevate doesn't care about your living situation they care about that juicy rent money. Plus when they won't even talk to their tenant directly and have to put the poor office ladies thru to deal with the tenants it must be crazy. The office staff rotates a bit, not shocked. I know personally, another two tenants that have broken their lease and paid money just to leave that place. STAY AWAY."
