"Disappointed. First off, I’ve seen Ryan pediatrics about 4-5 years ago. Due to insurance changes we had to switch. I do love Ms. Ryan and trusted her completely to care for my son and daughter. My frustration is trying to return (with the addition of a new baby). For the past 2 almost 3 years I have called regularly asking about accepting new & returning patients. First it was ‘we are not accepting new patients’ and no answer to if that would/could change and when. I called and checked throughout most of 2 years, until one day it changed to ‘we are accepting, but only one type of Medicaid is accepted as of now’. I got that fixed but then called to hear ‘we are no longer taking new Medicaid patients, sorry’. So at this point, I’m done and discouraged. I get that these problems arise in medical offices time to time, but as far as becoming a new patient here goes, it’s too difficult and communication is unclear. It’s time for me to move on the search."
"Mrs Ryan has been seeing my children’s since 2016. If you want a your children to have a caring Physician this is the place, she is the one. I refuse to send my children anywhere else. Thanks Mrs. Ryan and your staff for all that y’all do. Y’all are the best!!!!!"
