"We absolutely love P.A.D! The team here is amazing and so helpful with my kiddo. The entire team here are probably the most thorough medical facility I’ve ever been to. We see Dr. Dunlap and he always makes sure all of our questions and concerns are addressed. We’ve seen a couple other doctors at this facility as well and they have all been helpful. It’s incredibly easy to make/change/cancel appointments, check in before arriving, and get ahold of help after hours if you need it. They also have plenty of appointments after standard business hours. I can’t recommend this practice enough."
"My stepdaughter went here a few days ago with a rash and known exposure to poison ivy/oak last week. NP Koenen looked at rash and decided it was scabies. The problem with this is that it looks nothing like scabies. Multiple ER docs (I am an ER nurse for 15 years), two ER NPs, plus a Children’ Urgent Care RN and NP got a pretty good laugh off this “diagnosis”. My stepdaughter’s father took her and informed us that NP Koenen explained that scabies can come from animals, including dogs. The problem with this information is that it is incorrect. Scabies are human to human with prolonged skin contact. This would be the first medical “professional” I have encountered that wasn’t aware of this. Also, there has been no contact with anyone that has scabies. My wife, 2 other kids and myself are symptom free. Going to add a picture of “school note” which is unlike one I have ever written or seen written and a couple pictures of the rash. This was either a total fabrication that was told to us or NP Koenen might want to brush up on known science."
"We see Dr. Dunlap, who is always great. He's a thorough and a very good listener. We are all very pleased with his care (my husband and our two boys). The nurses are also always very great! And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, in person and on the phone."
"Dr Hayes is amazing! Very thorough, patient and really good with my kids. She listens to any concerns that I have and doesn’t make me feel like I don’t know how to parent my kids (I’ve had Pediatricians in the past that have done this). I’ve been Going since my middle daughter was born and she’s now 4. Started taking my oldest son to her as well as my youngest who is 9 months. Highly recommend. Staff and nurses are always friendly. I have never had an issue with either office or any of the doctors/nurse practitioners. Not to mention Dr. Hayes has the memory of an elephant and can remember every detail of my kids every time I go in! Highly recommend!!"
"I have been taking both my children there since they were born. They are now 13 and 9 yrs. old. Dr. Charles Dunlap is the best! He takes quality time with you at each visit. No rushing through things. He listens to your concerns and feedback and shares his thoughts. Best family doctor by far! His nurse Robin is great and Lisa at the front desk is too. They know you by name and take the time to visit with you. Very personable and professional."
