"I would give Dr. Jain 5 stars, SHE is an EXCELLENT Doctor, if you can get to see her. I was with them for 7 years. The last year I was there in 2016 I only saw Dr. Jain 3 times AND THAT WAS PASSING HER IN THE HALL!!!!!!!She is usually on VACATION out of the country. I had been going to see her since she was in a little office with one nurse and a receptionist, the care back then was excellent! THEN her practice got TOO BIG and people stopped caring and it became ALL about the MONEY. SO WATCH YOUR BILLS and STATEMENTS from your INSURANCE COMPANY. I was charged for things and services I never received or needed. Yes my insurance company caught it. But when I brought it up to the staff and Dr. Jain and her P.A. I was told I needed to go see an orthopedic surgeon. Yes I agreed. I went on the same day I should of had my appointment with Dr. Jain. So I informed Dr. Jains office that I could only afford 1 specialist a month and I would be asking the Orthopedic surgeon to fill my script. Not early and not without their knowledge. I then went to schedule a return appointment with Dr Jain's office and was told I was being fired as a patient for getting my script filled with another doctor THEY sent me to. I know that isn't the reason. They reason is They got caught padding my bill. See I am a retired Nurse, so I watch things very closely. One of the items I was billed for was a back brace. I already have a back brace. So I asked why they attempted to order me another one? They said "Oh well we order you a new one every 2 years." I asked WHY? Mine is perfectly good. I don't need a new one. I also told them they should ask the patient first. Because billing me for something I haven't requested or agreed to is MEDICARE FRAUD. I feel sorry for all the elderly people and patients in general that don't have the medical knowledge to know what they are being billed for. I have run across other doctors that prescribe medications that are not good for people. They don't discuss the drug interactions or medical issues that may cause death or health complications. So please if you are reading this talk to your pharmacist about all the medication you take and what health issues you have before taking strong pain medications. They are dangerous and you are worth the extra time researching what doctor's give you. They have SO MANY patients some times they don't check everything. Plus the Drug Companies out there are pushing a bunch of NEW pain meds that cause horrible side effects and even death. Read what is outlined in the black box on the instructions that come with the medications. ASK QUESTIONS ask your PHARMACIST they know more about ALL the medications you are taking then that one Specialist that prescribes only one or two of your meds. Your pharmacist should have your full list. DO NOT USE MORE THAN ONE PHARMACY.That way it makes everything much SAFER the one pharmacy can check for drug interactions. Thank you for reading. And like I said Dr.Niesha Jain is an EXCELLENT Doctor. It was just her billing staff and others that made things difficult. I would recommend her to everyone in need of good care. Sincerely, G.A."
"This place is greedy. Not the woman pictured that was Nisha Jain she's not there anymore! Always Google the doctor that you are going to see before your first appointment! This place is Greedy. More interested in tests and scans- done by them of course. Referrals to doctors that the patient doesn't need, like a referral to a vein specialist when the patient has had varicose veins ablated already. I had an appointment today that was horrible. I was in a car accident yesterday, I wasn't concerned about how to handle the increased pain because I had an appointment today. Apparently the nurse practitioner is incapable of doing anything without scans reports to read. She did zero physical evaluation. No range of motion, no strength testing, not even checking reflexes. This is the worst "pain management" clinic I have ever heard of. They are only after money for test after test after test, all performed at their office. Avoid this place at all costs!!"
"I've been chronically sick since the day I was born, and I've been to many, many doctors, and this office is by far one of the best I've been to. Dr. Jain and her staff LISTEN to their patients, and have shown nothing but excellence the entire 2 years I've been coming here. I have a healthier life style now, and can function on a "normal" level in my day-to-day life. Every person that works here always has a smile on their face, and are always willing to go above and beyond. I LOVE this office, and would recommend it to anyone who's struggling to find a compassionate, kind, and understanding doctor. Plus, they always have lollipops, and who's not down with that?!? P.S. I've always been in and out within an hour, every time"
"Do not go. This place is horrible. You will never see the actual doctor. They make you wait hours. They do not listen to your concerns and have no compassion. My splice has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and they treated her like she had a problem because the pain was so bad. We brought in ct scans discharge paper from hospitals and they wouldn't even look at them. These people only care about charging you insurance. The nurse practitioner change all the time so no one takes time to learn your situation or even care. These people are the worst I have seen. Stay away"
"I love Dr. Jain's office. They have all helped me so much. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I used to see Dr. Jain, now I see Erin. I don't know why there are any bad reviews on here. People may be upset that they can't see Dr. Jain, but they should understand that her practice has grown, because it's an awesome place. Therefore, she can't possibly see every patient. I've been so happy with Erin, just as happy as I was seeing Dr. Jain. She always takes her time visiting with patients and is super sweet."
