"Last time I visited this clinic was to get my wisdom tooth checked. All they did was to take basic x rays, wait until Dr.Suh to come and told me my wisdom teeth that they did not have any functions ( which I’ve already know). I could not believe that they charged me $100 ( no insurance ) with just an exam. I went to other clinic for exam/cleaning and it was like $49 for an exam. In short, I will never visit this clinic again."

"I went to this Dentist on 3/2/20 and I am not happy with the service that I received. No one at this office took the time to explain exactly what type of treatment was being administered, and there was never a moment for me to ask questions. I felt rushed from the moment that I was taken back, and I didn't feel as if I received a personalized treatment plan at all. Lastly - this is the most upsetting - I advised them of the type of insurance that I have prior to arriving, and they claimed to have checked and verified my insurance 2 days prior to my appointment. I went in for a "New Patient Exam + X-Rays + Cleaning", because I am looking for a new Dentist and these services are covered under my insurance as preventative care. The receptionist that I spoke with confirmed that EVERYTHING would be covered under the insurance plan. Well, two days after the appointment, I am looking over the claim submitted to Delta Dental, and they charged me for 4 to 5 types of X-Rays, one type which is $150 and it's NOT covered by my insurance! I also did not receive a standard cleaning, which is odd and makes me think that they wanted to get even more money out of me by recommending that I get a "Deep Clean". I am highly perturbed, and I feel as if I have been taken advantage of. I called Delta to confirm that they indeed performed an X-Ray not covered, and did not disclose this to me. I was not given the opportunity to decline this service, and now I am being forced to pay an unanticipated Dental bill. This is very disappointing. I am taking the time to write this review because I found this Dentist on my Insurance provider's website, and then I looked on Google Reviews to confirm whether or not this is a reputable facility to work with. The reviews are very favorable for this Dental Center, so perhaps my experience isn't the typical experience."

"It was such a pleasant experience when I went! Made an appointment last minute and they scheduled me within the hour of my call. They were very flexible with time and scheduling. Staffs are able to speak: Korean, Chinese and English. All of the staffs were friendly and very professional. I had no discomfort and not nervous at all when they extracted my wisdom tooth. It was a quick process. I made an appointment next week for my implant and I think I found a new dentist I can trust. Highly recommend this place to anyone!"
