"They called my name literally like 2 minutes after I checked in for my appointment. Wendy is THE BEST I love her energy and she was able to find a vein and take my blood with one poke when it usually takes a good 3-6 times with other phlebotomist’s."

"Update: I changed my rating to 2 stars only because the staff was friendly and the drop off process, once I was called, was really quick. Took maybe 5 minutes. But the wait time to drop of is why I can't give a higher rating. Ended up being an 1.5 hours from arrival time before I was called, 30ish minutes after the appointment time given after check in. Original: Had to drop off a sample for my daughter. They had me check in and I got an appointment for 1+ hour from the time I arrived. I went to my OB appointment in the meantime and came back 10min before the appointment time. Still waited another 25+ minutes before I was called. Sample was supposed to be frozen. Thank goodness I packed it with ice before leaving the house otherwise it would've been unusable. I'm still waiting to be called, so I'll update once I leave."

"These two people in the picture don't know what they are doing . The fat old man and that inexperienced lady poked holes in my baby's left hand and made him cry a lot . They said they will need to do it again on right hand with their inexperience because they were not able to collect blood on left hand. Fortunately some other lab lady came and did the job in less than a minute without torturing my baby. I don't like these two guys for future blood work."

"Had a great visit, plenty of staff to take care of people. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. Large waiting room with TV. Easy checking process. My doctor was super friendly. Clean establishment, everything is in order. Easy to access location, this is not one of the places inside a cvs, it is a stand alone center."
