"Spacious studio with queen bed. Very clean upon arrival and great location. Close to WashU and central west end. Fun bar and grill across the street. Service was great. Bed was very comfortable, and the underground parking garage is a huge perk. Had a great stay!"

"DO NOT STAY WITH KASA. My overall experience was a lovely one given the space and location. I was ready to rave about it and even shared out the location and Kasa to friends and family. And then, after my stay, I was ACCUSED of smoking in my unit with a picture of a cigarette butt on the patio table. Which is a ridiculous lie: 1. The patio was never opened once during our stay 2. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, even offered a letter from my doctor to prove it After multiple emails back and forth - proving my doctor's letter, conference schedule that I showed that I really was only in the unit at nighttime, and also if there were any video footage of the unit - especially the patio, I gave my permission to look through that for proof that we never even opened the patio. This is a lie and slanderous. If this was something like I only put down 2 people staying there and I had a 3rd person, fine, I will accept the consequences and pay the fee. In fact, I accidentally put down 1 person and even called them in advance to clarify that it was 3 people (myself and my children) that will be staying there. Their final decision that I'm getting a $250 fine and I'm 'banned' from staying with Kasa again. This is despite multiple emails and a phone conversation asking them to look into this further and I don't appreciate this accusation which is a clear lie."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to most neighborhoods and attractions. Loved that there was a secure garage for parking. Checking in and out was very easy. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The apartment was well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of extra towels and sheets. Definitely perfer this setup over a hotel. The best part was not having a cleaning list like an airbnb. We'll definitely book again."
