"Went to Chicago to enjoy the city on a nice and sunny weekend. Not the best experience during check in, it took us 40-50min until a supervisor showed up and fixed the "problem" instantly . Other than that, we liked everything about the hotel, room was exactly what we needed and location is amazing. Enjoy their indoor pool!"

"Nice Rooms and Staff. Good location to Magnificent mile where the shops and attractions are in walking distance. Expect some city noises to bleed through when trying to rest. I recommend bringing ear plugs or noise canceling earphones. Located right adjacent to Weber Grill Restaurant, which has a nice breakfast menu."

The staff is exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The on-site amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in the heart of Chicago."

"Great location right next to an L station, and in a safe area too. Rooms were secure, with plenty of room and clean. The air-conditioning unit was useful as it did get rather warm but it operated fine. The in-room safe, fridge and microwave were also brilliant. The rooms are looking rather dated and some of the furniture is rather dusty, but no issues with anything not working correctly. Only real downside was the housekeeping service, we went 3 days without getting any service which meant trash built up a bit and we ran out of coffee and toilet paper. So a few trips to reception were required. The bed was comfortable even if it did move around a bit and the pillows fell down the back of the headboard. In summary, it's an alright place to stay. Not the worst, not the best. But fine."
