"As a small town girl, going to a family funeral- in Chicago- is extremely stressful to say the least. This hotel took many of my fears away. We were welcomed by a very professional, kind and friendly clerk, Razhisa. (Spelling?). My room had modern furnishings- laminate floors with hooks for my clothing and belongings. (No filthy carpet). I slept well on comfortable, clean bright white bedding. Nice hot walk in shower with plenty of towels. Breakfast was delicious with a huge assortment of hot and cold foods. Brewed by the cup coffee, tea, juice, and milk. Plenty of seating throughout the cheerful lobby. There’s a feel of privacy because of the strategic lobby’s lay out. I delightfully recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean comfortable hotel in the Chicago O’Hare area."

"A completely hassle free experience. Friendly hospitable staff and all the basic amenities you can think of are at your service. A 10 minute door to door to O'Hare. Impeccably clean rooms, good selection of breakfast and coffee and tea available for free all day. Good clean gym and pool (if you're so inclined to use one in winter) . Big screen TV and good quality toiletries. Very happy with this space. Hope you enjoy it too."

"It's great as an airport hotel. It's pretty close to the airport and the staff was amazing. The reason behind 3/5 for service is their very limited airport shuttle time. They stop their service at 8pm, and that is really inconvenient for people flying in at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk lady was amazing. Note: The rooms do not have a microwave or a tea/coffee maker. The lobby has those services available 24 hours."
