"Infested with mice. On so many requests to fix the mice issue, management responded every time but they couldn’t do absolutely nothing about the issue. After 3 to 4 months of constantly seeing mice and waiting for the issue to be fixed, I personally found all the possible wholes through which the mice could come into the unit and patched them all. I didn’t see them til the end of my lease. Issue with the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen, strong and bad smell was constantly present. We were not sure if it was the smell from the sewerage, we thought it might have been a dead animal in the pipes, the management couldn’t fix it. That was the problem from the start of the lease till the end of it. During summer days, the bad smell/odor was really strong. During winter time, less, but still there. The walls are tin, you can hear other person playing video games, or watch tv. The people from management were responsive and nice, but these important issues were never fixed and it is unacceptable. I told them that the unit needed complete renovation. It’s not fair for the next tenant to go through this mess. I chose 2 stars because the management was nice, and the neighborhood was clean and peaceful and safe."
