"After a month of living within the Welkin Community I have not one single complaint and am happy to have moved into the building. One really effective tool/resource is having the mobile application in the event if/when issues arise they not only are seen community-wide(management team and residents) but also can be addressed and actioned promptly. One reason I/we chose Welkin was the open-door/kind and courteous, as well as empathetic friendliness of the staff and management personnel. This was something not experienced at other communities elsewhere. Thus far, the community had been very well maintained and is extremely clean. For the most part the community members as a cohesive team do take care of the building. There is not a lot of noise that is heard between floors, between walls of adjacent units, or even through the windows from outside. With continued passion for the community and care for each other, I look forward to the future of residing within the Welkin Community!"

"We've been living here since May of 2023 and it has been a really great place to live. The staff here is really amazing at what they do. Tania was our point of contact as we toured the building and signed our lease with her. She has been outstanding with us and other tenants. This building is brand new which is really great. There were some minor imperfections after the construction workers hustled their way to finish everything. But those were all easily addressed by the maintenance team here. All of the amenities are awesome. The fire side lounge, 3 small cabins with garage doors open to the pool area. Cabanas, BBQs, lounge chairs, the gym. They're all great! The tenants here are really pleasant too which helps a ton. Everyone seems to be having a great time enjoying the amenities and getting the most out of our Chicago summer! We would highly recommend this apartment to live at. It blows the competition away for amenities, location and the staff who run it."

"The Welkin is a fantastic place to live. It was a great experience for our family. The building is brand new and beautiful! Always very clean and welcoming. The amenities are everything you can ask for - great gym, cool pool and grill area, and the community room is huge. The entire management/leasing/maintenance team were great! "My husband and I have really enjoyed our first six months at Welkin. Our unit is perfect for us and our dog, and the community amenities are great. We also really enjoy the area, being right across from the Metra and so many restaurants and shops around. Tania was the one that gave us our tour and has continued to be our go to person with anything we need. She's nothing but friendly, professional, courteous, and respectful to both my husband and I. Jill is also amazing, as is all all of the maintenance and construction crew - always friendly. We are truly are happy here."
