"Had reservations for the night, driving to Wisconsin. Arrived, and the hotel had the audacity to claim I booked the wrong dates. No flexibility, just a greedy attempt to charge an exorbitant amount for a few hours. Customer support confirmed their full occupancy. The place looked like a decrepit college dorm, and their utter disregard for my situation was infuriating. Don't even consider staying here! Management, spare us the insincere apologies in your response – your disregard for customers is crystal clear."

"Used to be a clean, attractive place to stay for a reasonable rate. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Loved to book my stay there whenever i went to a show at the Allstate Arena. My most recent visit was a shock. It appears to have become a seedy, run-down place for low class transients. It is dirty, smelly, and feels unsafe. Will not stay here again."

"Rude front desk lady when I mixed up my checkout date. I thought I was about to get arrested. She stalked me, too. Everyone put their trash in the hallway and she put a letter under my door. She was so unpleasant and mean. It also smells in this hotel. The manager, however, is amazing and made my stay a lot better. This place is also great for plane spotting. There was also hair on my bed that wasn't mine. There's no coffee machine or closet either. There was also some strange noise. It could have been the air conditioner. There's no safe either, so I always had to bring my valuables with me when I left."

"We booked this extended stay thinking there were some amenities that would make us feel like we’re at home for our three week stay to attend intensive therapies for my daughter. However, to our surprise, they have removed all kitchen supplies (now for purchase for $20 per individual set) room service is only every two weeks (even though it advertised for every week), there is no pool or gym. I was told they’re making this location to be like apartment living and people are supposed to bring their own stuff.. they don’t remove garbage from the rooms or hallways and you’re expected to take all trash down to the 1 dumpster they have on site. The second floors hallway has extremely weird smells walking up and down the halls.. And to top our stay off, someone tried coming into our room. I’m not sure I would book another stay here. There’s closer places to where we were going daily that would meet all of our needs better."
