"We followed our amazing vet of over 20 years, Dr Effie, to her new clinic, CityVet Old East Dallas. Dr Effie is an exceptionally knowledgeable vet and surgeon who shows genuine concern and compassion for our pets. For over 20 years she has provided excellent medical care for our fur kids including regular check-ups, medical emergencies, allergies, auto-immune diseases, specialized surgeries, cancer, and end-of-life care. She and her staff go above and beyond to provide the best treatment and care possible. I am so thankful for Dr Effie and can’t say enough great things about Tavin, Junna, Austin and the entire staff for the incredible work they do treating, handling, and caring for our dogs and rabbits. "From the moment I walked into CityVet-Old East Dallas, I knew my choice of a new veterinarian was a smart one. My dog gets excited and makes a lot of noise when anxious and veterinary clinics make her anxious. The calming environment of this clinic kept my anxious dog calm the entire visit from waiting room through the examining room. Dr. Effie is truly amazing. As a new patient she did a complete physical exam, asking questions as she did. Her compassionate and caring way with my dog was exemplary. Her patience was beyond expectations. Her technical expertise with my dog's issues was second to none. She was able to communicate to me the needs/care in a way I haven't received before. Although her clinic is very busy, she took the time to evaluate, diagnosis and treat my dog as if she was the only dog there. Her staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring. If I could give this review 10 stars I would. Best choice for my dog that I have made in a long time!"
