This place is located in a good area and close to where I live which is helpful. They are thorough in explanations and thoughtful/kind enough to give you different options when it comes to what your pet truly needs verses other places that will offer you just what they want to charge you for! Kendra made my experience so wonderful yesterday. Ariel at the front is always so sweet and we love Dr. Merriweather! :)"

"We are so happy with CityVet. Our previous vets office wasn’t that great, but the vet himself was good. However, they couldn’t get our pup in for like a month to get yearly shots, so we decided to go to CityVet in Addison just this one time since it was close to our house, and since they had plenty of available spots. That was 1.5 years ago and we haven’t gone anywhere else since! Whenever we are worried about something that our pup gets into, we call them and they always take the time to talk to us and answer any Qs. We have never had any issues with availability or scheduling. Their front staff and each vet we have had are all so friendly and good at what they do. And the most important thing: our pup loves them! They truly care about the patients and they always make him feel comfortable when he freaks out or gets scared (he doesn’t quite like going to the vet !). Def recommend!
