"A very nice room with king bed and a separate living room. The only thing I was disappointed in was no coffee table or end tables. just a couch and tv with a table underneath. It really needs a small coffee table to make the room functional in anyway. Decent continental breakfast and VERY nice staff. could use a TV guide if some sort to know what the chanel offering and identification is. Overall good experience and I will stay here again next time I'm in the area. The pool was refreshing. Lots of local food and shopping."

"Very dirty. Staff is partial to themselves and only each other. Elevator is going to get stuck, are you the unlucky person that will get trapped in? The hotel smells like an inner city roach invested nightmare. After you pay the OVER PRICED fee, as you walk around and check in, you will get the feeling of being "had". Save money and sleep in your car instead, you won't regret it. Pool is over chlorinated, your eyes will burn if you use it."

"This hotel is very much run down and not cleanly, the staff at the front desk were super nice. But the facility is in need of a desperate face lift. The showers take FOREVER to warm up. I liked that it was close to the business I was there for. I wouldn’t stay here again based on the cleanliness. Also tvs were a pain. No guide so it wasn't worth turning on."

"The GM and Rosy do not care about handicapped customers. We called the ADA to file a complaint. They charged $298 for 1(one) night stay with my dogs that are registered support animals. They refused my support animals and charged 2 dog deposts. They painted yesterday so the ENTIRE hotel smelled of paint. Also our door peephole doesn't work, that's right, all the hotels I've stayed at, I NEVER had a broken peephole on my room so we COULDN'T see out the door for safety. Now, the elevator....just stay off if your concerned...it rattles, shakes, and squeaks the entire time your on it. Last, there's a lot of access employees that (live) there for free, and they parked at all the close parking spots and it snowed last night leaving us to park all the way back in the way back parking lot, and the night back door entry door is broken so you have to enter through the front door. The ADA mandated swimming pool stair lift is out of order, umm that's illegal!!"

"This hotel experience was A+ all the way - the reception staff when checking in (and checking out) was genuinely very kind, welcoming, and appreciative. The beds are so soft and the pillows are amazing! The free breakfast had so many choices and even had gluten-free options for those of us with sensitivities - very impressed! Will definitely make this my "go-to" hotel whenever I am in the area or when just passing through. Highly recommend - everything is top quality!"
