Quality Inn & Suites St Charles -West Chicago

"It's got convenient store near. A Cafe right across the street. A bank next door. Clean rooms great service, courtesy. I recommend this hotel. Good breakfast from 0600-0900. Exercise room upstairs and a pool. But not an inside pool. Cable in the rooms. Plenty of channels. The 2 young men that work in the morning... very nice young men. Hard working and courteous. The young lady is very nice as well. Very clean rooms and lobby"

"It was the perfect spot. Not too far, from the event. The room was cozy, and the shower was fantastic. The massage setting in the shower was perfect for sore muscles. The free breakfast was lacking but the coffee was excellent."

The rooms are always perfect and they are sparkling clean. The breakfast is always available in the mornings and i love talking to the front desk staff because they are so kind and loving."

"to begin with 2.5-3/5 had there been no issues. Issues: next to zero water pressure in shower, multiple cockroaches noted in bathroom, the breakfast is essentially nothing, no hot table/protein/eggs. Would NOT stay again. The roaches were the worst about the stay. If they have roaches, I bet bed bugs are here too. full disclosure, they comped 50% of the stay"

"Clean lobby and continental breakfast area. Parking lot and halls were clean and well lit. Rooms were decent sized with comfortable beds and bedding and AC worked great! But most importantly...the service was outstanding! The GM Lalit Patel was great! We blocked several rooms (10) for a wedding in St. Charles and he was very easy to work with and accommodating! He literally lived up to the "quality" part of the brand in Quality Inn and Suites. We all had a great experience! Thank you! Highly recommend this place."
