"I've had the worst experience at this Banfield. I spoke with both Emily and Clarissa, who were both impatient and extremely rude. Make sure you hire people who have a modicum of sincerity in their job. I will not be returning."

I have had appointments cancelled numerous times at the last minute by this location, leaving me to transfer to another Banfield."

"I've been coming here since the other round rock location closed due to tornado damage. The waits have been reasonable, the staff are awesome, and my cat and dog are well taken care of. They've helped me navigate the wellness plan to make sure I got my cats teeth cleaning and my puppy's spay surgery. 100% recommend this location. I like that I'm finally starting to see the vets in person again, as well."
