"I want to say this HEB is so nice. Everyone is so friendly but what made it stand out for me was this one individual Alex/Raul he made my day. Was extremely sweet and and was fast. I can not say how he turned my shopping experience around he went out of his way to help me and was so patient and kind and I will be shopping here again thanks to him and most importantly I can not wait to see him again thanks HEB he is an amazing person and I just want to say i appreciate him and y’all"

"Just left this HEB and this lady on this scooter for her broken foot just racially profiled me with my boyfriend. I noticed she came right on the opposite side behind us. My guy scanned his items and paid first then I scanned mines and paid. Most of the time she was watching us scan our items then moved up front. As we were leaving after she watched us she asked for my receipt quickly but not my guys receipt. Now why didn't she ask for my guys receipt. She watched us the whole time. I have fought and defended this country and nowhere near broke to buy $20.21 worth of groceries. I didn't like the discomfort she gave us right off top. I understand people have to do their job but why watch us scan all of our groceries then ask for a receipt like that. She knew we scanned everything and was just profiling. Been coming here for over 12 years. I will no longer come back."

"When wife ask me to get groceries, HEB is always the first pick. This location near by 45 n 35 is nice and clean, spacious to walk around. I really enjoying to come in at 10 pm while everyone are getting ready to sleep, and the place is nice and calm, plenty of items to choose from, and there is no rush to fight over the registers. I always take pictures of the produce, so that I don't have to look up on the item number when doing self check out, so that speed up my checkout process."
