"Hair in our bedding. We were given sheets to change bedding ourselves!!And not offered a discount. If we wanted cheap conditions we would have booked an motel 6 or Super 8!! Craig was not helpful at all was told we could check out at 11 If were unhappy!!!.When my son checked in a little after midnight!! I personally spoke with Craig I own a cleaning business and this is unacceptable!!very unfair for !!118 a night hmmm...! Guess I have to wait for Kevin the manager!! Will never use Booking. Com."

"This Place has roaches and other things and the front desk personnel by the name of Craig was really rude and the other one was rude only one who's not rude is Monica. Other than that I'll go elsewhere if you don't want roaches invading your personal belongings"

"There is no direct drive from AW Grimmes into the property. However, once inside the location is quite clean and the staff is nice! The room was quite nice and clean as well. Quite cozy."

"There was a gross stain on the pull out couch and multiple bugs found in our bathroom. When we asked them to clean our room they offered to change our room then told us they had no other rooms available. The first staff member we talked to was rude and uncooperative, but the second individual was nice and helped us change our room. We will NOT be staying here again. Still waiting to hear from management about getting a partial refund."
