"Feb 10,2024....called in for grocery pickup with 2 little kids never again will I do that. Workers kept on serving cars around me and never once bothered to stop and ask or say my order has been delayed.....50 minutes waiting and no apology."

"Rick fenell will purposefully lie to you when they have system issues delaying your refund telling you it will be processed with in 24hrs when it will actually take 3-5days to post ontop of that it took multiple phone calls to finally get them process the refund manually after repeated system errors Enjoy your better business bureau report I normally love heb and the quality of their products but I will never buy poultry from yall again after the extreme substandard quality of the last couple batches I have received, at 3.99$ a pound I shouldn't have to come home to trim out 2.42lbs of unusualable meat blood clots tendons and cartilage from my 11.23lb pack especially sense you purposefully pack your chicken in a way where the front is immaculate and the back side the Customer can't see is the package is a disgusting mess Deceptive business practices at their best"
