"I have been to this vet center three times now and I have zero complaints. Having been to a previous place where the staff was rude, the offices were dirty and rundown, and the way they treated my dog was horrible. Veterinary Medical Center is the exact opposite. This place is excellent, the staff is friendly and welcoming with our pets, as well as the entire family. The location is well kept, clean, and inviting. And the doctors and technicians are very helpful, professional, and treat your pets with care. They have grooming and a pet hotel too which is a great plus. Totally recommend."

"My family has been loyal customers and our pets have been loyal patients of this clinic for more than 20 years. Even back when it was called Best Friends. A few days ago my husband called to make an appointment for our geriatric dog (18.5 yrs) and this clinic refused to see him. They said they "fired" us as customer and patient back in April (23). Claimed to have mailed a letter which we have never seen. This surprised us because the same dog saw one of the vets there this past July (23). They said they fired us because one of us was rude. Wouldn't tell us where or when. No further discussion. Also surprised us because we have never been anything other than courteous and cordial with the staff and veterinarians. We will take our old dog somewhere else. Beware. The staff apparently has no manners. I am giving them one star, but only because that is the only way I can get this posted."

"Updated review 2023 We have been seeing Dr. Mills for over three years now, and every visit I am even more grateful for Dr. Mills and the Veterinary Medical Center of the Woodlands staff. Our cat recently had multiple emergent urinary stone blockages and Dr. Mills, Dr. Bihl, and Dr. Swartz saved his life. Their knowledge and customer service is exceptional. We moved further away from them, and will still make the drive to them. They've seen our dog, cats, and ferrets. Would definitely give more than 5 stars if possible! Review 2020 I could not be happier to have finally found a vet that I like!! They were AMAZING with my ferret, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. I will not take my fur balls anywhere else. I felt heard and not like I was trying to be taken advantage of with extra tests, etc. They also were amazing at handling procedures and precautions relating to COVID. Thank you so much!!"

"Absolutely hands down best vet I’ve ever been too! Made appt in a Sunday, walked in and was immediately taken back. X-rays, blood work, diagnosis, meds and happy baby all in 80 min. They immediately brought her a blanket to make her comfortable. If you have an issue, this is where you bring your pup! Top notch staff, Elizabeth and Dr. Looper were just amazing! Front desk staff so kind, I just didn’t get their names. I’m even considering making this her full time vet. Can’t say enough good about them. They need to be rewarded!! Portia says thank you!"

"I love this veterinary office and have taken five of my animals in for different services with different docs/techs since July and have completely switched over care from a different vet. Dr. Looper has helped me get my older rescue lab’s anxiety under control and started my puppy on his vaccines, and has now seen my kitten and adult cat. Dr. Swartz was the doc who saw my GSD puppy and neutered him with no complications and no overselling. Dr. Long saw my old GSD when he was limping and realized he tore his cruciate ligament and went over treatment plans with me extensively and kindly. Dr. Mills was the doc who was there for me when I made the choice to put down my dog. The whole staff were so sweet and understanding. I usually bring my toddler with me, and everyone is always so helpful and kind, and you cannot beat their hours. Ashley at the front, Shi, Shae, Kaci…and more have all been fabulous. I recommend them for all of your vet needs!"
