"The online booking was super quick and easy. I needed an appointment ASAP and they had one the next day. On the day of my appointment, I was running late and I called to let the clinic know. I was kindly reassured that it is not a problem as they have a 15 minute grace period. Upon arrival everyone was very kind. I waited maybe 5 minutes for a room to be prepared. My tech was Jocelyn who was very friendly and helpful. She provided me with 2 cost estimates for services before proceeding. I paid under $200 for vaccinations, first exam, and flea medication (good for 3 months.) Dr. Rodriguez is the one who completed the check up and vaccinations. She also provided additional service as a courtesy. She was patient, kind, and very informative. They even custom engraved the rabies tag with the fur babies name. Upon checkout, Veronica assisted me. She was also very patient and helpful. They provided me with a complete record of the visit and a detailed receipt.
