"We recently needed to find a new vet after a recommendation from a former Richter Animal Hospital employee. We were happy to see they were accepting new patients and the online reviews were very positive, so we decided to give them a try. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze! They offered us a few different options for dates and times, which was incredibly convenient. They even asked if we had a preferred veterinarian, but since we were new patients, we weren't familiar with anyone on their staff. They suggested Dr. Richter himself, which we were happy with. The vet tech immediately impressed us by asking detailed questions, including one about our dogs' microchips – something no other vet had ever done before! We actually had an issue with one of our dogs' chips, and she explained it could be due to a simple typo during the registration process. Dr. Richter was very thorough during the examination. He checked Toshi's spine and heart murmur, reassuring us that everything looked good with his heart murmur – it wasn't serious, but we just needed to keep an eye on it. Both dogs also received dental exams, and while Dr. Richter recommended regular cleanings to prevent cavities, he assured us their teeth were healthy overall. To ensure they have the correct heartworm treatment, both Toshi and Miko received blood tests. The vet tech made it incredibly easy, explaining that we could order their medication through Chewy, who would then contact them for approval. We placed the order from home and the prescription was approved within minutes – super convenient! It's worth noting that both dogs were completely comfortable with the vet tech and Dr. Richter throughout the entire visit. They weren't scared or fussy at all, even during their blood tests. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Richter Animal Hospital. They were professional, and friendly, and made the whole process stress-free for both us and our furry companions!"

"This is the first place you should go for all your veterinary needs. The entire clinic is covered with people who truly want nothing more but the best for your pet. They understand what it means to love and care for your pets especially with this current economic crisis our country is facing. I went to them with my senior cat with dental she need, and with love and respect the doctor taught for affordable care for my sweet angel . A lot of people would turned us away give us maybe suggestions on where else to go and that’s it, but this place is not like the other. The y care and mean it completely. "We took our sweet girl Dez here for everything. She always loved coming here and loved doggie daycare. I never had to worry when we boarded her here, And I could always see her on camera. When she saw the building when we pulled up she would get so crazy excited. We lost our sweet girl in April which devastated us. We recently adopted a 3 year old boxer girl that was a cruelty case and she LOVES going to Richter! Every single person there is just so caring and amazing. "It is so very nice to have a trusted and knowledgeable staff of Vets and Technicians less that 3 miles from my home. It's so convenient and making an appointment is very easy. They even close later than most Vets do to accommodate going after you get off work. Everyone there is so very nice and all great with my pet, Bailey.
