I wish all medicine was practiced in the way that Dr. Baez-Franceschi operates her practice. Each step of the plan is personally designed and catered to the patient proven by scientific testing. "This is a very personal review! I am extremely grateful and blessed for finding this place. Dr Carmen Báez-Franceschi is so knowledgeable and helpful. Her staff, Katherine in particular is so patient and attentive to my son. My son was having issues processing information since he was a baby. Having issues with speech and expressiveness. I hired a private speech therapist, she is great! But something was missing. After being assessed by ECI and school district who couldn’t determine my sons condition and even my pediatrician said that my son seem just a bit behind but couldn’t diagnose him with anything. My pediatrician even said if someone diagnoses him they might say is high-function autism. To make my son story short, he was placed in special education at the school district. After half of semester going they decided he needed to be in “mainstream” classes because he wasn’t academically behind. But with only qualify for speech therapy from time to time. Well, I had the private therapy, but I still felt like my son needed help. And then I found this place through my oldest Montessori school Facebook page. Did a bit of research and decided to meet with Dr. Baez. I am not going to lie, treatment is very pricey but so worth it. I have seen such a HUGE difference in his demeanor and his presence, in his expressive communication, he’s more involve on what’s happing around. We still have more to work on, but man. Who knew ILS therapies, physical/stimulation therapies, dietary changes and the addition of supplements could make a difference. This is a holistic approach to kids that fall into “spectrum” labels. I will keep updating as I get to see the improvements. So far I’m impressed. My husband was very skeptical but now even he is a believer. Consult with this doctor and ask all the questions you need answers to. Your child is worth it!"
