"Dr. Kwoh is my current physician, and he is a very good asset to his profession. I can't say much anything good for the staff though! I currently asked to get an approval for a drug I was prescribed to me from my Cardiologist, and I am needing Dr. Kwoh's approval for this medication. I contacted the doctor's office last Wednesday (1/11/2023) and left a message with Dr. Kwoh's assistant. She called me Friday (1/13/2023) and after our discussion of what I was in need of, she told me she would get the message to the Dr. and that he should respond to me within 24 - 48 hours. It is now 1 week later (1/19/2023) and I have not received any communication whatsoever. It's very frustrating that I haven't been contacted about this matter. This is very unprofessional for a doctor's office!!"
