"!!! DO NOT USE THIS TESTING CENTER !!! Absolutely stay away from here. They were not there at my scheduled time. CONFIRMED with pearson VUE while i was there that nobody was answering the phone. I opened a ticket over the phone and pearson vue told me to call back monday to get a reschedule voucher. after a couple of calls throughout the week with no information I get an email thursday that someone from Kingsland told them they were there all day. LIES, i confirmed at their doorstep, Pearson Vue confirmed while i was standing there. I had to get with a supervisor at Pearson and finally got a voucher they called a "courtesy". its no courtesy, I PAID FOR IT AND THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME. Shame on Pearson Vue for not keeping detailed information in their tickets and hope kingsland shuts down because its harming test takers."

"Was taking my GED here. I called just to make sure everything was on track and ready for the next day and was met with the WORST PERSON EVER. Off the bat started yelling at me and calling my questions "stupid". I could not believe I was talking to someone where i was going to take a test. The worst. I canceled my test online in that instant. Please don't go here! They are NOT worth your money!"

"This is a TERRIBLE testing center. Knowing I was going to be late, I called ahead and got voicemail twice. When I entered, there was just a man sitting behind an old desk with papers scattered everywhere. I arrived late to my test at 12:15 and was told that if I contacted Pearson and was given permission to take the exam late, that they would allow me to take the exam. The man had two phone numbers scribbled on a paper on the wall. When I called the first number, it said it was disconnected. When I went back in to get the correct number I was told that I could “just google it” very rudely. Pearson provided me permission and said that it was up to the testing center if they had time for me to finish the test. When I brought this information, I was told that I couldn’t take the exam. I expressed that I arrived at 12:15pm which had I not been on hold for an hour, would have been plenty of time to test. The two men said that I was lying about when I arrived and that they wouldn’t be there until 8 PM for me to finish. This test is 5 hours long. This was an exaggeration. Had I started when I arrived, I would have finished before they closed. I left in tears with how rude the staff was and now have to pay to test again. Issues: 1. They don’t answer the phone. 2. They actively stalled me and I timed out of my testing window. 3. They’re rude. While I was on hold with Pearson, they called me. When I explained who I was and that I was just in the office they promptly hung up on me. 4. They were disorganized and didn’t know their own procedures. They should have known that they could allow me to take the test late. Pearson said that it was up to them."
