"spent a half hour with their visa dispute team and a half hour with a ufcu supervisor to be told, I was the one responsible for finding a merchant and disputing a charge. I've lost close to 800 dollars of my hard earned money because they changed how they handle distpues. I've explained my mail is messed up in Liberty Hill, I used to be able to come into Bank, nope everything has to be done through mail with visa. Visa reps who don't speak english, nice slap in the face to american customers, ufcu and don't give me some generic email, you have my contact information, stop with your fake engagements on google too."

"I’ve been with UFCU since moving to Austin, and I’ve always had the best experiences with it. As a bank, I’ve had zero complaints. And the customer service is always top notch. It’s really the best of both worlds."

"One star bc I have to. All I can do is tell you DO NOT BANK HERE! After almost 30 years, we can't move our accounts fast enough. That's how great their "new digital experience" is. Beware, if you find a fraudulent charge on your account, they no longer restore stolen money while it's being investigated. Oh people, the list is too long. And their customer service reps are rude and condescending . The "member Communication Specialist III" that responded to my email was rude and condescending and directed me to all the things I had told her wasn't working. The list of problems since the launch is exhaustive. They have more problems than a math book !!!!!!!***Addendum: Their response below is also a lie. It's an automated response And I did send my contact info to them only to be ignored again. And that's what you get if you bank here."

"Taylor was absolutely amazing at helping my husband and I set up a joint account and personal account for myself. Since I was coming from out of state I wasn’t sure how complicated the process would be but since my husband is already a member and Taylor was so great we were able to get everything done in about 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier to be a member of UFCU!"

"I have banked here for 30 years and they continue to make changes that do not make sense. First, they changed a great number of locations so that they do not offer teller services other than through an ATM machine. Second, they stopped financing used vehicles unless you first borrow the money as a personal loan, then refinance it as a car loan afterwards. Third, the new online banking interface update is awful! I can only see 3-5 transactions at a time. Also, all of my family's accounts now show up as if they are mine. It was much more efficient for me to switch between accounts rather than see them all in one list and try to guess which one I need to access each time."
