"the worst. they gave me so many conditions to help me. but okay, we went through it. i’ve never missed a payment but this last month that i had an issue with it because of my bank account having issues they told me they would not accept my payment online and that i had to drive 33 miles to pay it cash at the branch. then after all that they said that i have to call the 800 number to see if that will get my truck turned back on. so it’s not even a guarantee? like what?? they have been so rude and one of the agents i talked to pretty much berated me telling me i should’ve paid on time and that paying online wasn’t an option. there’s no need for the rude and disrespectful comments. thank god i’m almost done paying this truck! but never again!! don’t even waste your time with these people."

"Amplify credit union is the worst. Do not ever get a mortgage here and expect things to run smoothly. If you have issues I needed to get my roof replaced and unfortunately my insurance company made the check out to both myself and amplify what a nightmare trying to get the checks cashed, the person in the loan department is so bad at communicating and letting me know exactly what I needed to do that she wasted so much of my time. I had to drive to Austin multiple times to get two checks cashed because she couldn’t seem to tell me exactly what it is that she needed the first time the assistant branch manager was very nice and did everything he could to help me and that was appreciated. The second time the assistant branch manager was completely useless and extremely sarcastic with me. I would suggest anybody got any place else, but amplify for their mortgage needs."

"There is a lobby receptionist ready to help if you don't know where to go or whom to talk to. That is very helpful. The tellers are very knowledgeable. It took only a few moments to deposit a check to my account. Lastly, the lobby hours are very convenient. I appreciate the flexibility that offers me to do my banking. There's always the ATM, but sometimes I just need to do banking in person."
