"I run a Credit Rehab company and I was an affiliate and recommended all my clients to them but as of last year I stop referring clients because of their absolute worst business model and custom service. They gave me a late payment for a $.60 balance after my account was fully paid off for two years. I called several times to see if they were willing to help me correct this mistake as the account was fully paid off. They say they cannot change this late payment even though the account was fully paid off on time. customer service is by far the worst experience I’ve had. So much for helping people build credit. Stay away from these people."

"They are SCAMMERS!!! I just closed my account right now they are giving me $144.55 from my $560 I put into the account. An actual joke! They said it’s because of the interest fees and the principal so of course I looked up the fees for each to calculate the accuracy and they are so wrong! I’m getting my lawyers involved because even though this is small, a large amount of people are being scammed by these people based on the reviews. They said it will take 6 days to receive the funds and I should get it back to the account linked to my profile but we will see and I don’t ever plan on using this company in the future."

"I don't know what i was thinking when i decided to do business with credit strong. They are ripping people off with their shady business model. I've been making payment in the amount of $15 for 2 years. I called them one day because i wanted to close the account and i was in shock when they agent told me that i will be receiving $128 while i expected that my account balance would be $360. The agent told it's because i withdraw the fund less than a year which makes no sense to me at all. He told me that i should receive the funds within 5 to 7 business days. I waited for over 2 weeks and i never receive the funds. $128 is not even half of the payments that i've been deposited into my account. I called them back and they told me that previous agent did not close the account. I still not have received the funds yet. I would strongly suggest or advise people not to do business with Credit Strong. Stay a way from them.I hate to say it but in my opinion i think they are scam."

"I hope the right attorney comes along to start a class action lawsuit..Im definitely on board with that...I cannot for the life of me see any justification in giving your money to this company. Honestly there are far better ways in which to accomplish the same thing. Just about every bank offers loans against cds...put 500 in a cd and place the funds in an account with autopay set up..add about 60 bucks and let it do its thing. I personally have quite a diverse credit file..with auto loans credit cards, signature loans and so forth. I completed one loan with these guys but for overkill I elected to do another. They do not loan you anything...they charge you fees and interest on your own money as you pay in..there is no risk for them at all...their only contribution is reporting to the agencies...major cash cow. For some reason they stopped my autopay..I still never got an accurate answer for the reasoning for that. The payment was a simple 15 a month...I am a rather busy person and so I depend on the autopay setup..for some reason we could never.get this ironed out..same account info they used the 1st time but as of late there just seems to be issues. I would get the emails but mind you I stay busy with work unusually so and I have never had an issue before..they reported a 30 day late which dropped me 50 points. I called to speak to a supervisor and ask to have someone look into the account as I repeated attempted the autopay setup...there was absolutely no sympathy whatsoever...for a company that markets itself to help those who are trying to raise their credit score and investing nothing from their own pocket but profiting hand over fist I thought it extremely immoral. 13.5 APR to boot. I offered to pay the entire loan off and just close the account..which they were willing to accept...but would not offer any changes to the consumer reporting agencies. I am as you can imagine extremely unimpressed with this organization. If ever an attorney decides to take on a class action suit I will be the 1st of many to sign on. This company is completely immoral and really offers nothing for the costs you invest in securing what they have to offer. People can be smarter and find better options. I will never do business with these guys ever again..and honestly I really don't need to at this point..they were just excess diversity."

"Credit Strong is a thief and scammers. I’ve had a savings line of credit account with them for years. I closed the account because I didn’t need it anymore due to me reaching my credit goals. They claimed they sent my $1000 back to my account but three weeks later no deposit. I call them and they are unwilling to help trace it! I’ve gotten the run around and I will never use or recommend them to anyone! Now I’m left with trying to figure out what they did with my money and possibly sue. Very unhappy ex customer!"
