"There was a lady in their name Brianna she was the manager. She was very very rude. I am paraplegic she would not give me my money from my account, accused me of using a fake ID I can see why there’s such bad ratings on this bank in particular I drove 9 miles down the road they was very nice accommodating and had no problem they get customers all the time that do the same thing I’m doing from the same lady Brianna"
"I wish I could get them less than 1 star. Make a list of the other banks in Austin and spin a wheel. You will be better off. Horrendous communication and a different underwriter each time reviewing the same material. The same questions answered over and over with repeat promises that were never met. If you want a bank that lacks any integrity, you should pick this one."
