"I applied online to refinance my loan. I applied at the north office and was told it was being transferred to the south office. Can you guess if anyone called me? NOPE. But do they call me every month ON MY DUE DATE for payment yes they do. They can call and harass for a payment that isn’t overdue and when I’ve never missed a payment but won’t call to help you with your loan its self. Also the lady who calls is extremely rude and argumentative. Do better! After I finish paying this loan off they’ll NEVER get business from me again. Leave people alone those phone calls are ridiculous!"

"Extremely slow support and no same day loan service. I started my loan at 9am and it will be tomorrow before I even start to hear anything back on it. Probably going to go with another loan company. “If we can’t do it before 2:30 I’ll let you know!” - I had to call jesus back at 4:15 to check in about the loan, still no info. Update around 5pm from manager of branch: I Got a loan from them a while back and got 5k and paid it off, I now make way more money and they said the max they could lend is 3k haha! I won’t be doing business here again. I’m a local guide on google, and this is what I do. I inform the people of what to expect."

I was lucky enough to meet Lioda and Amanda, they explained everything to where I can understand. They were also nice, funny and full of energy. I really recommend this place!"
