"Although the staff was very nice and accommodating, I unfortunately had a terrible experience from the beginning that caused my account to be negative. They sent me a check in the mail saying I was pre-approved however due to changes in the company, my check was reversed. Due to me already spending it, I am now trying to bring my account back positive. I got another loan but only qualified for a smaller amount than the original so I'm still in debt!"
