"The San Antonio Institute of Endocrinology is by far one of the best endocrinologist I’ve seen in the 20 years I’ve been a diabetic. I’ve been here only a short amount of time and my diabetes management has done a complete 360! Not only are they incredibly aggressive with care, in the best way, they are so kind and welcoming. It is obviously they genuinely care for my success as a diabetic. And I can not forget the wonderful Mrs.Caroline at the front desk. She can really do it all and just seeing her brings a smile to my face every time I come in."

"I have seen many doctors and have been treated with little to no respect due to my age. I’ve been having a lot of issues with my health and all doctors would tell me was that I was having a reaction to another treatment that I needed for my arthritis. I am young and didn’t know what to do. I had given up with trying to better my health as I have made changes but nothing seemed to help. Dr. Shadi assured me that he will further my knowledge on my health and my treatment options. He’s the first to diagnose me and I felt relieved to have answers. I had a good start for my first two weeks after seeing him, and when my follow up appointment came up again, it seemed that I had gone back to where I first started. My mind was going back and forth whether I am the one not putting my effort or if it’s just my health. Needless to say, I followed the instructions of Dr. Shadi and even though I am having a rough patch, I am not in fear of my health.
