"I made an appt for Sherce Hampton for my 13 year old son. Once I found out she was accepting clients I referred my sister. My sister immediately called to make an appt and was told that Sherce no longer worked at the facilty and they booked her with a different counselor. I immediately called back to verify if the information was accurate and it wasn’t. So I confirmed my appt for Saturday bc I was told the counselor I wanted to see only saw patients on Saturday. I arrive to the location at 950, appt was scheduled for 10 am. The parking lot was devoid of cars except a blue Lexus. I believe they were also waiting. I knocked on the firrs and windows. Entire building empty. I didn’t even get a confirmation saying my appt had been canceled or anything. This experience has been horrifying and I will not rebook. Based on the other review I’m glad it didn’t work out"

"Counseling Solutions. Where to even begin? First, let me start by saying that this review is not towards the entire staff by any means, but more of a review of the owner of this company. I am sure that there are great therapists at this company, but in my opinion, the owner is not one of them. When a person makes the decision to start therapy, it is not always the easiest choice because not everyone wants to admit that they need help. I applaud those who recognize that they need help, and I hope that no one has the experience I had at Counseling Solutions. On more than one occasion, I have had my personal information shared with others without my consent. It was shared with a client who had connections to me. Then, and this is great, it was shared with a person who I was working with. How is that okay? As a therapist, there are rules and policies that have to be followed, but apparently, Debbie Mabray doesn't think the rules apply to her."
