"Good grooming service always bring my pup here. I genuinely love it but Recently I took him here for a full service haircut and bath ( comes with nail trimmings) I’m not sure how a nail filing isn’t also included in there for $100. Got my boy back and he jumped on me and cut my face with his sharp nails. If you’re gonna cut nails just also file them with no extra fee. The reason I got them trimmed in the first place was because they were sharp now they are even sharper"

"I wish I could have given them 0 stars!! I took my dog for grooming on Saturday, September 23rd at 1:30 p.m. with Agony. He has been a regular for 1 year. Today while cuddling him, I suddenly noticed that the inside of his left ear was bruised. You can clearly understand that it's from grooming. This is not the first time. Earlier it was with James and they returned my money. Hence I did not post any reviews hoping that they would do better in the future but it was my mistake to trust them with my baby. Of course, he cannot speak for himself so no one is there for him. Accidents can happen but what I am not cool about is hiding it. Last time too, I told the same."
