"We are very fortunate to have Kim take care of our little guy. We took him there at just 7 weeks and she is so good with him. He was not an easy baby and she loved him just the same. She is the reason he is on such a good eat/sleep schedule now. My little guy gets the biggest smile on his face when he sees her and all his little friends each morning. She’s flexible and never randomly calls off. If she needs a day off she will always let you know far in advance.
